If it is on your computer it will be in your windows registry. Open regedit and then search for

armyops.exe:D3DOGL_67207556

If you find it delete it, then continue searching and removing it. Then reboot your computer and check your screenshots. If they are still black or your search didn't locate it, search again but this time use

_armyops.exe:D3DOGL_67207556

I seen where for some reason it showed up on someones machine that way. Hope this helps.

Well easiest thing to try first is update your videocard drivers and play the game in full screen mode. Here is a link to topic about fixing them if the above doesn't help.
