im already un banned fellla
a word of advice though if you keep perm banning everyone for pitty stuff like disagreeing with you . you guys really are not going to have a need for a server because nobody is going to be able to use it lol
which sucks because i personally like playing on your server and with all the other 82nd guys. |

Hell I question his playing skills all the time !
But no, I wouldn't. I use to Background Certified at [AON] and took many classes there for background checking stand black screen shots can mean things ie a bad graphics card
But your server your rules your ban. I respect whatever your decision is. |

Enforcement of server rules
Warnings
Generally, a warning in addition to the scrolling and publically posted server rules will ensure a player is aware of their infraction. This one warning is suffient before a kick or temporary ban.
Kicks
Kicks are reserved for punishment for either 1st time or 2nd time offenses. It is punishment in the sense that a person may have a difficult time rejoining the server competing with others trying to join. Kicks are also used for non-punishment reasons, such as making room for members. Depending on the publically published server/players rules and severity of the infraction, a ServerAdmin may choose to warn an a violator once before kicking. This is a courtesy, as the server rules are usually made clear to everyone that joins. Wherever possible, explain the kick reason. If making room in the server for United Sim Army Teams members, admin message "Making room for members" before doing wholesale kicks. The console command, admin pb_sv_kick pbid reason command can also be used to informed the violator of his kick. Everyone that is kicked should be reasonably aware of why they were kicked.
Bans
Bans are reserved for repeat kick offenders, and for serious violation of the publically posted server/player rules, and for keeping a player from rejoining the server. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, bans can be prescribed for certain lengths of time, or permanently. Permenant bans should be reserved for the most serious violations such as verified cheating. A good question to ask yourself when doing bans is "Is this person completely undesireable on United Sim Army Teams permenantly, or are circumstances such that I give them a chance to be back on a later date?". An example of of using a timed ban over a permant ban might be if you suspect, but cannot completely confirm that a suspected cheating incident might be due to lag issues at the time. In this way, the ban is fair to the possibly innocent "cheater", while also being fair to the players in the server at the time. Non-permanent bans can be used to keep a player from rejoining the server, but not keeping them off permanently.
those are your rules, nothing to warrant a perm ban.
