Commanding Officers will need to edit that person's roster profile, change status to "Inactive" and put in any relative comments. If there is a reason for the inactivity, please put it in, because when you look over the roster list of inactive people, we will be able to determine whether or not to do a final removal.
You will then need to post it in S1 so that Sheri or I or whoever S1 will be will know about it and transfer them. The coding for automatically placing them in the reserve unit or self status changes is not yet finished and I don't have the time to get to it this week. Also you won't have the authority to place them in the IRR by yourself.
Leave Requests - same proeedure, set status to "Leave of Absence" and fill in the reason. Right now you cannot do it yourself, you need a commanding officer to do it for you. So if you are putting yourself on leave then let your commanding officer know and the reason.
In edit mode, Active, Inactive, LOA and Vacated will show. Inactive and LOA will let you know why if you hover the mouse pointer over the status. Ideally, once things get working fully, "Inactive" status will only show up in the IRR unit. |
