With that being said we cant spread ourself thin and have people all over..so to focus one brigade at a time would be a bad taught. ---- Now on to my recruting ideas..we need to always be on our server and showing our faces in the games we recrut for..so my plan is to try and always start up our server and recrut. ----Once we get members we can easily have twl and guild tournis, weekly drills, operations, and form schools such as wlc, basic, ocs, sniper school, ranger school, airbourne etc...but this all takes members.------ I also would like to see a ribbon, coin and medal system worked in so we can earn stuff with our gameplay.----- We could also make digital uniforms for our roster kinda what 3rdID has. -----------The other thing is respect for the ranks and chain of command we need to make sure we implement that to have proper team work and communcation. ----- Also i wanna make a AIT when we get more members, AIT will basicly teach soldiers there jobs in the unit..so we have better ran soldiers. --------- My last idea is a new banner...we should not only state the pride of the airborne and 82nd in our banner but how long we have been a team. So in this new banner but the year we started and the current year show how far we made it. Once again these are all ideas and take along time...Currently we need to recrut like crazy and i plan on doing so...but during officer meetings these things can slowly be worked on for new enlistees.
