Rebel, anyone is able to recruit. Talk to players in game, invite players you know from other games. Invite people to TS3, make them feel at home. Because at the end of the day, 82nd/USAT is one big family.

And when you have them fill out the form to join, make sure they select your tag as the recruiter. This will make sure the appropriate commanding officer received the form and processes the applicant.

As far as training people, I am working on that information as we speak. Will send specific information by email and post on the 3rd Brigade board
