It is all part of the rebuilding process. And like a family, sometimes we have disagreements on how to do things :)

Let me tell you what recruiting is - it's being on TS, in the server, and inviting people to join TS (regardless of signing them up or not). I have rarely ever seen recruiting success in posting on forums.
This is what Gavin was doing that last successful Saturday.

Myself i run a semi big gaming community http://cgg.enjin.com so i put alot of time into that and when i get free time usly 3 days some time 4 days a week to play other games such as AA and BF3

In the meantime, I am back on TS3.

but as I said, with us rebuilding, I think it is just a question of getting into the habit (and scheduling) of Saturdays being the game time

Each officer is expected to recruit and fill up their rosters. It seems that if nobody is on TS the people already on the roster will not hop on. So, recruiting, and inviting new people on TS regardless if they want to join or not will get momentum going. You have a roster, website, TS and game servers - the rest is dependant on you.

i agree,infenox and i are on every day almost every day an no one ever shows up sept blazed that i ever see then time he shows up infenox and i are already into a different game an we dont see the point in getting out cause any one that does show up dont stay to long,out of all the new members we have and the old members coming back im realy surprised that the activity is not higher then what it has been
