Apparently there may/may not be a directx overlay to have an aimpoint crosshair to help with 203s, grenades, rifles without aimpoints, ect. If you can put something on your monitor like whiteboard marker or whatever to help I don't have a problem with it. It's the idea that you have to be determined enough to download something and run it at the same time to help you with an advantage in aiming - that cannot be distinguished as being an aimbot or a simple tool by looking at the screenshot (which is why he was banned here). ACI used to ban for this: http://www.anticheatinc.net/forums/archive/index.php/t-26804.html and even Assist did: http://aao25.com/forum/ban-appeals-98/private-cheat-loaded/ which is very inconsistent of them since they only gave Sparta a 1 week ban
Assist says Sparta has been clean since August when we/assist banned him.
