If it is on your computer it will be in your windows registry. Open regedit and then search for
armyops.exe:D3DOGL_67207556
If you find it delete it, then continue searching and removing it. Then reboot your computer and check your screenshots. If they are still black or your search didn't locate it, search again but this time use
_armyops.exe:D3DOGL_67207556
I seen where for some reason it showed up on someones machine that way. Hope this helps.

All you need is regedit, which comes with all versions of Windows. Go to start, and type in 'regedit', and hit return or click on the program to run it.
Then F3 to search, copy-paste armyops.exe:D3DOGL_67207556 and then press 'Search Next' and if it finds 1, delete it, F3 to search for the next entry that contains it and repeat until you cannot find it anymore.

Might help to know your video card model as well, maybe we can help you search for a fix | |
