I was banned from your server for no apparent reason, I questioned why one of the people I was on ventrilo with got kicked, nick said that it was because of profanity although he was not talking at all, and then made the comment 'you are fail' and then was banned for a week by nick. | |

Well seeing as I don't have a guest pass to get in here to PM you, and I don't really have anything to hide, here goes.
I, [FLS]Shynemartyr, was playing on your Mout McKenna server with a couple of people on the SN^^ vent, Nick started saying that one of the people I was with was cussing and proceeded to kick him, me and another SN^^ player asked him what he got kicked for because he did not even talk in chat. At which point I made the comment of 'You are fail', Nick then said I was getting a week ban for cussing, and kicked me. I did not cuss only questioned why the person I was play with got kicked. | |

Starting at 20:17:16 with [FLS]Shynemartyr "saying shut the fuck up magot". Weather it was a joke or not thats not respectful or what we want to see.
Then [SN^^]-R-roosterotc proceeded to say back "take that sir and shove it up your ass" As well as a few things donw the line like "shit fuck damn bitch" then saying "Nick is a fucking ass hole mother fucker"
I fell that your comment did earn a temp ban. I will be sure to lift in one week from when the ban was administrated.
From the player " [SN^^]-R-roosterotc" his remarks have earned him a permanent ban.
