Want to know when your steam buddies are playing AA? First, you have to add them as a friend. You can also check our steam group, http://steamcommunity.com/gid/103582791436084795/members
Next, add AA to your list of steam games like so:
In steam, go to the GAMES menu, then select "Add Non-Steam game to my library".
Click browse. A file dialog will come up, and in the address bar, paste: %AppData%␉Assist\armyops\System and select the armyops.exe file.

You have to be signed into Steam and have AA added to your games list as I described. A lot of people have steam starting and signing in automatically in the background when they boot their computers, or are already playing another game installed through Steam. I got the idea from seeing Steam friends playing games, and it would pop up and tell me so, so I thought "hey, why not see if Steam allows non-steam games to do this" and they do. It's just another way to tell everyone that you're playing AA right now. It might be an additional way to get us playing together. | |
