Greetings

Seeing as some of our members may need to take a leave because of school and other real life activities,instead of having them quit and such,why not place them in a Reserve Brigade?

As such,I would like to suggest the creation of a Reserve Brigade.
Having such a brigade will allow for members who need time off because of school and such to still remain members and play with us(participate in our activities) whenever they are free.

 I think it was suggested that we create a reserve company for each brigade. I'm more in favor of just one unit though

August is right, it could help us keep members from leaving and give them the option to stay with us and return when they have more free time for the team

That will allow them to be AFK whenever they need and active when they can.

 I've created a reserve unit within 82nd. Until I figure out a way to allow transfers to that unit, you'll need to let Sheri or me know about it by posting it in the S1 section so that we can place them.
Reserve slot names are 82nd_IRR01, 82nd_IRR02, ect.

So, I need a list.

Also, if there is a reason that that person is going to be inactive, please edit their roster profile, change their status to inactive, and put in the reason.
In the future personnel will be able to place themselves or their subordinates into the IRR doing this. Right now self placement does not work. You can change somebody's status and reason, but you need to let me know for now because it won't transfer them automatically (yet).

for the time being rank will be coverted to PVT but it will not be appended to the tag.

I have to get back to work for the next week, so this is the quickest solution I could come up with at the moment to handle it but maybe change the system in the future. Creating seperate units was going to be too much work and hard to keep track of. If you have recommendations on other possibilities let me know.
