I have also been thinking about getting training sessions organized for Alpha as soon as I got it all organized and sorted out. If perhaps we could talk about getting our platoons together for some matches I think and definitely emphasizing on our 1SG's and 2Lt's getting used to more responsibility, as Col. Shad has said, would be easier on all of us. Let me know what you think and I would be willing to help with anything you decide.

You cannot do everything yourself. Delegate authority and split up tasks that others can do to help your platoon out. Primarily this would be August and your 1SG. We can't promote you until yoou have suboordinates capable of doing what you are doing.

about the date - the date in the headline is not the date of the training, but the date of the last update.
(cause clearly some details in the layout will be changed to some extent) so that if people have several copies (i'm not going to change the name of the file) they could now what's the most updated copy...
(see, i'm a virgo, i try not to leave anything to chance :P)

about timing, saturday morning is saturday afternoon for me...not the most convinient time.
i was thinking more like friday late evening/night...(american time).

I just read it and I like it.
Two things to keep in mind though:

1.The date you got on there seems to be wrong

2.even on weekends,the time of the session should be taken into account.Cause even on weekends,with the current economy players might be working.Especially Saturday mornings(USA time)
