I got kicked off the ARMA II free server because I shot my team-mate. HE TOLD ME to do it. As he had been run over and he said he rather respawn than be revived . So I shot him and he said thank you and I got banned? It was my 1st tk and I haven't been doing it, eg. some people get in a tank and start spawn killing hundreds...
