Turns out that Hard must have been muted because Glad joined, noticed that he wasn't saying anything, and toggled the 'mute' button and then Hard could talk. As for who done it, I dunno.
Billy, if you were the only admin on at the time, you might have accidentally done it while watching somebody, or else he didn't notice he was muted when some other admin was on.

Hard, looks from the chat as if you looked at somebody and then TK'd them. I understand mistakes happen, but be careful. You know people think you do things on purpose, and we kick/ban for that.
