I've done some fixing. Let me know if it happens again. Reset your TS permissions by logging onto the website, going to UserProfile CP, and Roster Info

I will go with my second guess after checking and say it was hacked. I seen this happen on old CIA server. If it was and anyone had files on that server chances are they were compromised.
