I will go with my second guess after checking and say it was hacked. I seen this happen on old CIA server. If it was and anyone had files on that server chances are they were compromised.

The TeamSpeak was hacked it just so happens to have happened when you two both were on....probably when you were in AFK because that's where you always go...so the hacker saw you two in there and messed with you. I just went into ts3 and my privileges are still there....so its gotta be a hacker problem. | |

Reset your TS permissions by logging onto the website, going to UserProfile CP, and Roster Info | |
